I have never received my sim card

Hello,

I have never received my sim card after one month and I am unable to get support to get a new one. I want to be reimbursed but I don't know how to proceed since I have been waiting one hour on their chat but they disconnect me everytime.

Any help ideas will help?

The best way is to buy a new one from Amazon. 

Or you can also buy from a Telus,  Koodo store if they sell Public Mobile SIM cards.

Then ask support to update the SIM number in your account.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
