I have misplaced my cell phone, the battery will have run down by now. How can I locate it?

@Camtag  - with no power left, there is no chance of ringing it to locate it. Unless you lost it and someone picked it up. Then hopefully, they charge it and they find you! Trying calling it occasionally if this is the case.

If you have the Google Find My Phone set up, you should be able to see where it last was (when connected to wifi/data). At least this will give you an area to search.

Then start tearing that place apart.

Otherwise, Public Mobile cannot help you locate it any other way.

We're just trying to help in finding YOUR lost phone. Gonna be tough to find it if the battery is completely dead. Under car seat or doing a house cleaning are valid low-tech methods of finding a dead phone.

but you need to research in car or your home,

edit...I usually find mine under the car seat !  🙄
