I got "SOS only" suddenly for two days! I cannot even pay my credit!

I have been a Public Mobile user for 3 years.  I got "SOS only" suddenly and I cannot even pay my credit!

I have tried the suggestions by suggestions found in this forum (remove SIM for a minute, etc) and nothing has worked.

Please give me some advice.

Thanks to all of you.

Thanks to all of the contributors.

Finally, the above problem was solved by the exchange of insider hardware of the iPhone.

Thanks!!

@KenforSOS Do you have access to another phone you can try the sim card in to see if that's the problem?   You may need to contact a customer service agent, send a private message using this link https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Yes, Confirmed. I paid monthly automatically for over 3 years.

I can not see the Cellular or any other related Cellular. Once push the bottom of the Cellular, it shows "Set Up Cellular".....

Have you tried turning cellular data off and then back on again?  Any Telus outages in your area (probably unlikely since it's been two days).

Confirm your account is Active.

Try your SIM in another phone.

If you have the app, this is how you do it. (Using WiFi of course) And once it's paid, reboot your phone.  Also, check to see if your account is up to date (paid). Another test you can do is try your SIM card on a different phone. If you still need more assistance you can contact a CS Agent with the link down below.

How to change credit card on phone app

Download the app from the app store if you already haven’t.

Sign into your app.

When your app opens you’ll be in the My Account tab. You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab. Click on it.

There you will be able to enter a new credit card and expiry date. Click on Save and you're good to go.
