It wont let me reset my password by verifying my email,
it says "Your login failed. Please try again."

you can try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will reset for you,

@JingleBomber - have you ever set up your Self Serve account? If you activated in-store, than you would have had to set this up afterwards.

@JingleBomber : So you tried a different browser and also incognito mode and made sure of the correct email address....
Did you ever create the self-serve account? Did you activate yourself at home?
So to ask for this account assistance click on the cartoon quote button in the lower right and muddle your way through the chatbot to get Submit ticket. Complete all that and then wait for a reply back indicated by a number over the little envelope icon by your palm tree avatar. Click the envelope and click the subject line to open the whole message.

Did all that. Still the same result at Email Verification when trying to reset my password.

@JingleBomber : Are you talking about the self-serve My Account login? If you still have your welcome email from here from when you activated then that email address is the login id. Then you can use the Forgot your password? link underneath the login area. Then you'll need the answer to your security question.

I tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge. Same result even in Incognito/Private mode.

@JingleBomber Try it in private browsing mode, some people here say this has solved their problem. If that doesn't work, you can try another browser like above. Otherwise, you'll may need to contact a CSAgent.

@JingleBomber Are you able to try using a different browser? That seemed to fix the issue for me when it happened once, several months ago.
