@sherry9- And so how's that working for you? Is something not working? Can you try a different browser or device or incognito mode. There are couple other payment options too. But please do provide some more details.

Do not post your personal information as this is a public Community forum.
Do an email search from PM to see what email you used to create your account. There will be a welcome to PM to that particular email address.
If you can’t find it, you will need to contact a CS_Agent to help you with you login by Chat or private messaging on this page.

@rgomon1 Unless you have more than 10 email accounts just keep guessing until you find it. No penalty for guessing wrong.

You can go to the email accounts you have and just search public Mobile. Once you find the email account that has the email correspondence from PM go to forgot password and you will get the link emailed to you to change your password

Please use the arrow on the right of your post to edit out your phone number as this is a public forum.
Edit:
Try using the search bar in your emails to search for public mobile and/or your welcome email. Otherwise put "forgot login credentials" in the subject line and send a detailed message to customer support to gain access to your self serve account.
