Hi,
So basically I want to pay for my mobile data plan and I forgot the e-mail linked to my phone number What do I do?

@Yaniss if you activated in-store, you may have not created a self serve yet. If so, you can register for one here:
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Then once you are logged in, you can update/replace your credit card information here, see bottom, left corner under the PAYMENT tab:
Otherwise, go the process to contact CSA by methods already posted.

@Yaniss If you need to pay urgently then you could purchase a voucher from retailers like Canadian Tire, London Drugs, SDM or gas station like Shell and load the funds by dialing 611 on your phone. This gives you time to sort out your account login info.

This suggestion helps many of the ppl in the same boat, where they have many emails and can't remember the one they used. A search will get the answer fairly quickly

Hi @Yaniss just open ticket with PM CS Agent and they can find out for you and reset password
To open a ticket with PM Support, at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

You should also got an email from PM welcoming you to PM so conduct a search on your archived emails.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent if you forgot your email or password link to your phone number. They can contacted by private messaging or create a ticket via SIMon Chatbot on this Community page.
