If you the same email as on this Community. Just click on the your avatar on the top right then on My Settings and it will show your email used.

@zhlzjz , how many email addresses do you have in use? Check for Public Mobile emails sent to the email address used in the activation?

Customers should be opening tickets using rhe chatbot rarher than private messaging. Initial contact by private messaging greatly slows down the response time.

To get access to your account, you'll have to contact a Customer Support Agent by using the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
