I just realized I entered the wrong email address when signing up a few months back.
My credit card just changed and I need to update my payment but this site is asking me to log into my email which I don't have access to .
my email ends in
.com
not
.ca
How can I change my email to the right email so I can gain access to my account and pay my bill.

@frank20100 you can
1. try to find the Welcome email you got when you first joined from your different email maillbox
2. use Reset Password link there, enter all the possible email addresses you have and see which ones get the reset password email in the end
3. open ticket with PM support, they will sort it all out for you

|I have a few accounts how do I find the account attached to my phone number- need a resolution asap - look forward to some resolution - the way this site is setup for support to leave a message to a customer service email is CRAZY. Thank you
