Hi I'm new to Public and I am not getting all texts, specifically from doctors and banks. They say the SMS is not receiving. What do I have to do to get this working?

hi @Janquadra
2FA from banks might take around a week to work, but you passed that one week time already
I suggest you check with the banks first
but at the same time, check with Pm support agent and ask them to confirm everything is setup correctly
, you can submit ticket by direct message:

I just joined on Oct 1 but did not transfer an old number. I got a SIM card and a new number. Everthing is turned on in message and I get texts just not from some sources like my bank.

hi @Janquadra
did you just join Public Mobile and moved your phone number from another carrier?
But try this, go to Settings and remove your phone number. Reboot phone. Then go back to Settings to enter back your phone number manually to re-register iMessage
After iMessage is resgistered, go to Settings , App and Messages , make sure iMessage, SMS, MMS and RCS are all enabled

I have an iphone 14 with a SIM card, not using the esim, and I am getting calls but I don't know what you mean by porting?

hi @Janquadra
what phone do you have?
how long you have ported your line into Public Mobile?
are you sure you are receiving inbound calls?
Start with Reboot phone, and Reset network settings. If you have an Android, try Clear Cache of the Messaging app
