I didn’t receive the Sim card. Two weeks already are gone and still nothing…(, still waiting for a Sim… 😞

HI@Lexxx   PM should be able to send the SIM card out in a week or two.  

 

If you are in a rush to activate, especially trying to take advantage of the latest promotion:

I suggest you to check with local mobile stores.   They will usually willing to give you the SIM for free if you activate with them.  So, you get a free sim and you can activate quickly, you didn't loss anything.

 

 

But, if you want to still confirm if the SIM card is on the way or if it was lost, then open a ticket with PM Support:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Do you have tracking number? Do you know how they sent your SIM? Canada Post, courier?

These days everybody has excuse for slow service...

It may take up to 3 weeks. It may arrive in anytime now. 
If it doesn’t arrive after 3 weeks, just contact a CS_Agent by private messaging or chat button and explain the situation with the order number.
