Hi, My card is not enough money so it did not auto deducted. Now my network is not working and there is no function in public mobile that allow me to pay the balance which is annoying. please give the solution to pay asap

did you try to login My Account? there should be a button Pay and Resume services. Hit the button and make a payment to resume

Sometimes you have to clear cache and sign in again.
Or you could purchase Public Mobile Vouchers from a shop and load.
