I cant send or receive text message when my data is off (Only Have 200MB) 647 xxx xxxx

I thought after I setup the automatic payments and I will get more free data.

When I turn off the data my text messages not working 

Please fix it

@mnadarasah   This is an open forum, you might want to remove your phone number from your subject line

For "text" issue with data enabled only, you are not really using traditional text/sms. Instead, you are using iMessage or RCS.  

If you are on iOS, disable iMessage and then you can send as text:

Turn off iMessage
On your iPhone, go to Settings.
Tap Messages.
Set iMessage to Off.

If you are On Android, disable Chat (RCS):  

Open Messages
Tap More options> Settings > Chat features
Turn Enable chat features off
