I have been a public mobile user for two years. When I tried to log in to my account a few days ago, I was asked to activate my sim. There is no other way for me to bypass this.
Any help is appreciated.

I was able to fix it. Basically I had created an eversafe account with another email id. But I was logging in with my previous email.

I have not been able to login for at least 2 months and don't remember doing the eversafe setup. I did just message customer service and will follow up when I hear back

I tried a different computer on incognito mode and also the PM app but immediately after login, it took me to the activation page.
It only gives me 2 options, activation or go back to login

@JayNair Had you signed up for the eversafe process when PM changed authentication systems?

You will have to try all possible way to log in:
- Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
- Try PM app.

When was the last time you’ve logged into your account? Is it possible that it was before the switch over to Eversafe in May?
If that is the case you will have to message customer service in order to have your eversafe account and your old PM account linked.

@JayNair , are you using a browser? Try using the app and see if that will work? Perhaps use incognito mode on the browser.
