I try and reset my password and never receive an email to do so.
I want to close my account and stop payment but there is no way to do so

HI@Jayinsikand was the account already cancelled as to you cannot login to My Account any more? If you can still login there, it was not really cancelled
anyway , you can open ticket with PM Support and work with them and find a solution

I received a communication in October that my preauthorization for payment was removed but I have gone back through credit card and I have been charged for an additional three months of service following my cancelation and confirmation from Public Mobile. I need this issue resolved immediately and my money returned immediately

@Jayinsikand the proper way is to try to reset the My Account login and disable Pre-authorized payments. Will provide steps below
Another way if yiu want, login to the credit card account and disable the card for a day or two when the next payment due. PM will not be able to take the money and your account will then be suspended
To open ticket with PM to reset password:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

@Jayinsikand Do you know your four digit PIN when accessing 611? You should be able to toggle payment card off in the 611 menu, I believe.
Otherwise, to remove the payment card from your account requires you to submit a ticket via chatbot and ask customer support for assistance. Here's a link to chatbot: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help
edit: You also need CSA's to reset any password if unable to do it yourself.
