I cannot get full access to my account.

The login asks for a 6 digit number but I never receive it. I have seen other users say that there is an option to get the digits via email, but I do not have that option. What am I supposed to do?

are you getting SMS on your phone without problem ?

if you requested port in number and porting not completed, the sms was sent to your old carrier sim card, put it back in and check
