I have two Public Mobile phone numbers. I need to discontinue the second one. I cannot recall the email address associated with the second number, or the PIN. I know the plan I have and the phone number and the credit card used for auto pay. Help!

HI@sharonbray yes, you would have used a different email for your second account
If you remember the 4 digits pin, you can dial *611 to disable Autopay (account will be suspended on next renewal)
but if you don't remember, then Submit ticket with PM agent and they can help to find the account login and you can then disable it there

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
