I cannot access my original email to reset my community password. It was a university email which I no longer can access. I have just switched my phone plan to another company, prior to this I had switch my phone plan to monthly. However my bill charged me for the 3 month plan. I would like to get this money back but am having issues. My email associated with my account is xxxxxxxxxxxx I need help!!
