When I try to sign in with my Self-Serve email it keeps telling me to create a nickname. I know for a fact the emails matched because I was receiving community rewards. What do I do??

Thanks for the response. I've done some reading in the mean time and it seems the problem has been reported to PM but there's nothing support can do at this time. Hopefully a fix will come.

Since both of your Community email and your account email matches. There seems to be glitch on the new website. So submit a ticket on Start a Chat.
The new PM app worked for me in getting into this Community also.

Yes I have. When I sign in on the community with that ID a "create nickname" screen comes up and blocks me from viewing the forum. I tried entering my existing name but it said it was taken.
