I've had my number for a while but new to asking the community for help. I dont know what to do and who to ask but CAN ANYONE HELP??
I dont have auto pay but had $24 in my account. My plan is $42 and my reactivation time passed without me reactivating but that was fine because I was going to reactivate a couple days after and not have a phone for a day or two. Now when i try to reactivate (1 day later) it is saying my amount due is $0 which doesn't make sense since I haven't done anything. My phone isn't active because I can't make calls, and on payment history it says I have purchased a 30 day pass for $10 (which I didn't do but is true because my account now says i have $14).
Self serve says my next payment is due december 1st with $0 amount due and it doesn't have the warning text saying that my phone is not active and needs to be reactivated. Essentially its almost like it has me in the system as active although I am not and it wont let me reactivate.
What do I do?! There is noone I can call like "normal" phone companies and I need my phone! If it wasn't for the fact that I need my number i would just say forget it and go to a more conventional phone company. This is rediculous!
PLEASE HELP. I need information

So after extensive investigation (Mods have not responded yet BTW); It seems like the system automatically went ahead and activated my account for this month BUT because there wasn't enough money for the other parts of the plan (i.e. Unlimited Talk {$12}, Unlimited Text {$10}, 1GB at 4G LTE speed {$30}).. It only took out the $10 for the 30-day pass and neglected everything else. Now I have an activated plan with nothing in it.
Is there a way to just add in the other aspects of the plan on an individual basis? I mean if it can take out the 30-day pass without anything else attached then it stands to reason that you should be able to add individual aspects without having to repurchase the 30-day pass right?
What I mean is IF my account is already activated because of afformentioned 30-day then can I pay the $12 for the talk.. or just the $30 for the data etc.? The only thing I was able to find is because my plan is already active.. I would have to essentially change my plan and purchase a new plan (or the same plan) to get it going again. Its basically throwing away the money they already took out.
Can anyone tell me their thoughts or information they know about this topic. I believe their system is flawed for this specific reason. Maybe by design or by error but If there isn't enough money for at least the talk portion + service fee together of a CELL PHONE PLAN then automatically reactivating it shouldn't happen. It should only activate the service IF you can actually recieve service.
ALSO!! if a customer doesn't have auto-pay activated.. WHY are they automatically taking money out EVEN IF there is money on the account?!?! I should be able to have all the money i require on the account to get full service BUT IF I dont re-activate my self personally then it STAYS deactivated. Whats the point of signing up for auto-pay if it doesn't matter if you sign up or not?!?1
