I can't make or receive phone calls even though it was added to my plan it's not working

I can't seem to 'Accept Post Solution' Sorry

You have to send an email to Public Mobile technical support to have your issue fixed.

 

 

 

Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us

 

Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.

  - Choose ""

  - Choose ""

  - Choose ""

 

Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.
