I can`t login to my Public Mobile account from my phone

I tried many times, it send me a code many times but I can`t acces to my account from my phone. Can you help me please?

don't try on the phone, try on a desktop computer, and try using Incognito/Private/secret mode on your browser to login (but even phone browser has that mode too)
