When I reset the password it says an error and can't do it right now try later

Ya I get that page go thru phone number get the code put it in it verifies me then I can put new password I do that and it always says can't update password at this time try again later

Are you using a desktop? Laptop? Tablet? Mobile? Have you tried different devices? Different browsers? Incognito?
Are you at least getting to the reset password page? Entering the number of the account you want to reset? Or entering the email attached to the account you want to reset?

You said "at least paid the month". Did you use 611 to enter the voucher?

I have tried that using Firefox now and still doesn't work we got a voucher at least paid the month but still can't get it in online to the account just says error can't reset at this time for the password is there anything else we can do

clear cache and cookies and use inPrivate mode,
or other browser
