Use your phone and Google public mobile app apk, as Huawei cannot use Google's app store. Make sure you allow permission to allow "Install Unknown App" when you try to install it.

It is a mandatory thing to use the app to complete the installation.  Since you are using Android, you can sideload the app.  Or ask friend to help to download and install and complete the activation on your friend's phone (he can delete it after )

I have a Huawei phone, I can't download Pub Mobile.  I need to get the esim number so I can manually enter it

are you trying to activate physical sim or eSIM?

are you at step 6?  What error you got?

if you are using physical sim, try to put the sim in the phone and try connect

if you are eSIM, manually scan the QR code from the Welcome email and try to install it
