I am also having some destination issue with one number that I experienced today. I could call the number from a voip app and another device using Public. I tried the number you gave (I suggest you remove it) and it rang through for me.

First do a simple full power off restart of your phone. Ask your husband to do the same. (by text 🙂 )

No I always call him, but since last week me and my daughters are with public mobile and we can’t call him anymore. Why???? His number is xxx-xxx-xxxx can you please help me
