I can't active my subscription.
I followed all the instructions on the public Mobile app. I also wanted my current phone number to be transferred. After doing all the steps it tried to activate my account, but I got an error saying my subscription not activated and that I should contact customer service. When I try to contact customer service it tells me to log into my account, but when I do that it brings me to a screen saying log in or activate account. If I hit log in the same page comes up. If I hit activate account it tells me to do it though the app. The app tells me to contact customers service. What should I do here? Is the website just screwed up right now?

Yeah I sent a pm to CS_Agents and they fixed it for me

@Fma15 no all activations need the app , not website .you can still use the website to manage account after activating on the app .but You can use this direct link to support to submit ticket
