I cannot access my account to change my credit card number because the identity verification process sends me the code to ********126 which I do not have access to.

I know this is 2 hours old however the one thing that wasn't added that could help you in the future is how to change the number the 2FA code goes to. Once a CS Agent has helped you log back in, here is the link to change the number so it goes to your current one.

Here you can change your Name, email address, phone number and password. Hope this helps.

@Pete30 the system should give the option to resend code. Then you can select send to email or voicemail.

Try click Didn't receive code and then use Send email option to let the code send to email.
If you still cannot login, ask PM to help
