Hi there- Automated chat support is no help for me!
i do not have an active subscription it seems, cannot start a new one and cannot escape the loop of support request/ no support! Please can a live agent contact me

Thanks for the replies but the links do not work for me.
I've been using public mobile for 5 years and have never had an issue.... until now.
Getting support feels like being stuck in a glitch and all that is required is someone with access to my account to take a look. I'm far from tech illiterate and regardless I've received no message from support.
Welcome any suggestions or even better - a direct line to a live agent!

the @ Support is not the PM proper support agent, it won't get you anywhere
if Chatbot ticket does not work, then ask PM support by direct message. You can submit ticket by direct message:

To get PM support, you have to open a ticket through chatbot and wait for agent to get in touch with you.
Try to use computer, clear cache and/or use incognito mode.
