I can not make payment without login my account

I have paid fee with cash several months. My account still can not reset. The website always shows:

There was an error resetting your password. Please try again later.
What is wrong with password resetting function?

Also I created a ticket around 3:30pm today.

I wen to Walmart yesterday, but they don't sell voucher any more 🙄

@jeffatcanada If your account was in good status recently, you can also pay by dialling 611 from phone and pay via voucher or cc if you have it added.

I tried with two laptops for resetting password and different browsers (IE edge and Firefox).

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and when you press the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 3 second automatically be login.

 

and if you need ASAP to make payment you can go to Shell Stations to purchase vouchers and add to your account by call 611

once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,

until complete reset password.

@jeffatcanada When is the last time you had service? If it's been more than 90 days, your account is likely deactivated due to being suspended for more than 90 days. Your only option in this case is to activate a new line on a new sim card.

@jeffatcanada it could be a cache issue   Try to use Incognito mode or on a different device to reset it once more 

 

if still fails,  open ticket with PM support
