Hi

I am public Mobile customer more then one year and during this times I did setup auto pay in my account for bill payments.

I had have issues several times with public mobile because they could not withdraw my payments, so in may 2023 I changed my bank with new information, when I tried again to setup auto payment in my public my account become active but I am not able to call anyone for this error “7B1 or your phone not registered on the network”.

please let me know how can I solve this problem.

try dialing 611 with you cell. You should be able to pay for your renewal using your on-file credit card as long as you remember your PM pin number. See if that works.
