I can call and text but can not receive

I can make outgoing callsand my texts are received but I dont receive texts and my calls go to voicemail when people try to call me...

Check your settings and disable the Do Not Disturb setting as noted @Meow.

Do you have by any chance 'do not disturb' option set on your phone? It will reject any incoming contact.
