I bought a new sim card. How to repleace my old sim card?

Dear Madam/Sir,

 

I lost my sim card. I bought a new one. How can I active it by keeping my phone number?

Thanks. Yes, you are right. That guy suggested that I created an account with Community by email. Then I can get help here.

As you know, retailers will no longer activate the service for new Public Mobile customers. However, even when they did still do that,  they wouldn't have been able to attach a SIM card to an existing account for you.  Retailers have never had access to the accounts of existing customers.

How did you active your old SIM?

Retailers no longer active SIM for customers a few years ago.

Contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account and help you swap your old SIM.

@Feb2123  You don’t want to activate the new SIM card it’s a SIM card swap , you’re already a PM customer ? you just need to creat a my account , but yes support can and will help you with that

@Feb2123  Follow the link in my last post , as I mentioned if you had the store activated for you , and you never created a my account before you need there help to set one up with a email and password , they can help sim swap for you too , and if your credit card ever expires you will want a my account to update it . Change plan add a add on etc

I try to register my account online by my phone number. But I can not receive a CODE.

@Feb2123  If you activated in store awhile back you need supports help to create an account , while your at it then can do the SIM card swap of numbers too
