There are many customers have $15 plans that have unlimited minutes. Also, the $15 plan with 100 outgoing minutes isn't the only plan that Public Mobile has had that doesn't included unlimited minutes. The $13 plan doesn't have unlimited minutes either, and some customers can still have plans that don't include any calling.

Are you referring to calling minutes?
If you are $15 plan, there is a maximum of 100 minutes of outgoing calls. All other plans include unlimited calling minutes so login to your account on the app or website and check under Subscription>Usage Breakdown and filter your calls.
If you are referring to data. There is a glitch referring to 95% is used up by mistake. Many members including me about the data usage.

There is a problem with the public mobile notification system that sends out text messages. Public mobile is aware of this and are working on fixing the issue. For now, please ignore the text message.
