I can't use data on my phone. I am wondering if it still has a data block on it from when my husband used this phone with Telus. Please someone help. It seems I can only use WiFi.

Do a quick test. Enable data and restart your phone to let the PM SIM card configure your APN automatically. If this does not work, you need to configure your APN manually using
https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile
If you have a LG phone, your need to do a network reset after switching provider before your data working again.

None will.work.
You have to add a new APN and enter the right settings. Those were posted earlier.

Well... Depending on the phone and OS version (which we don't know until the op supplies us with more information), there are other things to try before contacting the moderators.

A Telus data block wouldn't continue at Public Mobile. They're seperate accounts.

@dnavanrooyen - If data is disabled on the phone, you simply need to re-enable it in the settings. The Telus data block would normally be something done on the server side, which would not cary over if you move to Publick Mobile.

There are no data blocks at Public Mobile. This is prepaid - if you don't pay for a feature, or have used up before your renewal date what you paid for, you can't use it. Period.
Assuming that you have actually turned on the data connection on your phone, it's more likely that you need to change the APN settings. What phone do you use?
