I had this issue. I contacted cs_agents and they told me to follow up the activation on the mobile app. I downloaded it and continued my registration and I went through. I suggest trying to do that and if it doesn't work, contact the agents.

Yes. It's been solved. I do not remember the description of the code. It just said web error and asked me to contact agent. Thanks.

it has been a month, just curious how was the issue resolved?
was wondering what M.8703 error was. Do you remember if you got that error before payment step?
