I tried everything ,but thats not working

make sure you removed the old sim card and disable all old esim

You will not receive sms from anyone here.
Try the following: restart your phone, check that you have are sending sms or imessges. You can deactivate the phone number and add again.
Clear cache in the messaging app you can find this in settings >message app> storage clear cache.
If these don't work, ask PM agents to check your account by creating a ticket through the orange chatbot bubble bottom right.

I am getting calls , but sms not
I have remove old sim card and even tried in my husband phone, where your sim card is working

can you receive inbound calls? just want to confirm if your port was actually completed
and for text you cannot receive, was that only 2FA text or you cannot receive text from friends, too?
and make sure you remove your old carrier's sim card or disable your old carrier's esim
