I recently transferred my phone number from Fido (iPhone 8). I am not receiving calls or texts; however, I can call out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

@Green123 Since you can call out but not receive calls the porting team may be able to help. I will private message you the number to call. Check your inbox (envelope icon or tap your avatar).

You might be able to call out as PM assigned temp number to you. WHAT number people see when you call them?
Most likely porting failed or it is not completed yet.

@Green123 how long since you started the porting? It can take several hours but did you receive a text from your old company confirming you wanted to port out? and if so, did you respond "YES" within 90 minutes?
If you haven't already, try restarting your phone and retest all services (Calling/Text/Data)
