I am not able to login my account and recharge, i am trying to reset my account not able to do that also,

Could you please remove your phone number from the public forum, it may be misused.
Try recharging by dialing 611
You can get voucher in most gas stations or you can use your cc on file

Check the sent folder to make sure your ticket was sent (envelope icon, top right) and the inbox for a reply from the moderators.
As for your son if he used your referral code you would have received a text message right away that someone had used your code. You can also look at self service for your account under rewards.

Choose 3 vertical dots and edit your post of personal info. This is a public forum. Everyone can see your phone numbers.

Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there. Once it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue.
If you need to, you can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email. Go to your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save
In the meantime you can use 611 to make your payment( once you know your 4 digit pin):
1. press 1 to make payment
2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)
3. press 1 amount due.
4. Restart your phone

You should delete your personal info by clicking on the three dots. You can purchase a voucher and call 611 to make a payment or use recharge.com or ding.com but there is a service charge. Submit a ticket to a moderator for assistance by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

if you are unable to reset your password, you will need to contact moderator to access self service account.
To contact moderator via 2 methods:
Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

You could dial 611 and see whether you can load funds via 611 with voucher.

If you have a registered payment card then you can use the 611 service. Or buy vouchers in stores or online and use it too.
Have you tried the Forgot my password? link?
