I am having 5G but internet was super slow

Nil_10
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I was unable to view or share the insta stories I have been tagged and it kept on saying that I have a connection problem. I was able to view the message in insta thst said I am tagged in a photo but when I clicked it,it says I am having connection issue. My friend who tagged me was next to me, and she had Public Mobile too but she had no problem with internet and was able to share the stories. So,it was not a network problem but something wrong with my connection.

@Nil_10  you can try a speed test while using 5G and then manually drop to 4G /LTE and do the same test.  Afterward try resetting your network settings (this will erase any saved wifi passwords).  If you still see a noticeable difference, you. An open a ticket using the orange chat bubble and have a PM agent reset your network from the back end. Hope this helps

Hello @Nil_10

Try doing a network reset on your end. Google how if you don't know. If that doesn't work, have Public Mobile reset your network on their end as well.

The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.
