I am currently in the 3G plan and got a text similar to this too. Does it affect your Rewards in any way if you choose to subscribe to a different plan like this which is 4G? I currently have Loyalty points and Auto-renew dollar discount and not the Public Mobile points one. Thanks for any insights 🙂

It is full plan for some users. Normally this plan available on website at 39$ plus tax

It's real, but even if it were fake, I would not be overly concerned as the no information is being asked for.
