Hi all,
I added Data BUT Overview says 60 Days ! ?????
Is there some change made where my data does not roll over until used up ? as it always has
If so I would like the Un Used 2 GB data Charges refunded to my account as it completely defeats how my account is set up
I will not use up that much data before 2 Years is up

You are probably right but I use Very little Data and did not see the time limit
I spend very little time on the internet anymore
and almost no time on public mobile websites
I like to set things up then forget about them
This is the first time any limit was p[laced on data for me
But buyer beware does apply " Read the Manual" as it were

This is certainly not a case of "Buyer Beware" as you write.
Geez it would be nice if some folks could take personal accountability for their decisions - the add on details clearly state there's an expiry, and they may have even doubled it from 30 to 60 days:

Public Mobile recently updated their data add-ons. They all have expiry dates now.
Yep, it sucks
It’s an effort to move people to higher data plans.

PM is prepaid provider and not provide refund. So what is your situation? There are cases that they will help , like switch plan if it is only the first day of the cycle

Contact an agent and ask for a credit to your account. An actual refund will be much harder to do.
During business hours, we strive to answer customer messages swiftly. You will often get an answer within an hour. During peak periods, you may need to wait up to 48 hours.Customer Support Agents are available:
Keep an eye on the envelope icon in top right hand corner for a reply from the agent.

HI @LP1 data add-on is 30 days only. we didn't hear anything about the change. There was another member before who posted about 60 and 90 days addon but turn out it was just his April's Fool joke to the Community
