I My number can make calls but it cannot receive them, neither calls nor texts. I already tried to put my sim card in another device and the problem was the same

It is rare that the SIM is the problem unless it is damaged.

OK, you will need to check for any outages in your area:

Also, check the status of your account by dialing 611 to see if it is active and if the CC on record have expired.

It´s not the case, I have my account with publicmobile two years or more ago.

If you just ported your old number over to PM, did you reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM with YES with the old SIM in the phone? If you missed to reply then you need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process.

There will be a 90 minute window for you to reply.

If you picked a new number then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

How did you activate the SIM? You need to activate on the PM app.
