Hi everyone - I signed up for PM yesterday, specifically the $45/20GB plan which includes 12 months of "3x Points Back" ($6.75/month).
However I logged into my account this morning and I only see the regular points have been applied:
Should this not show $6.75, or is there a different process for how these 'bonus points' get applied? Thanks for your help!

Here are the terms regarding the 3×points promotion.
Offer current as of July 13, 2022. Offer available to new customers who activate at Public Mobile. Offer provides 15% points-back for 12 months on eligible purchases on your plan or add-ons. Offer subject to change, and may be removed at any time. 15% points-back applies only to customer spend on plan renewals and add-ons, and is not applicable to any other method of earning points (such as welcome present points, give back points, refer-a-friend, anniversary, etc.). Offer is applied as a 10% points-back bonus on top of the current in-market points-back offer of 5%. After the 12-month period, the 15% offer will be removed, and customer will revert to the in-market points-back offer, which is currently 5%.
Points bonus will automatically be applied separately from the regular 5% points-back to eligible purchases within 4-5 business days. Points bonus will expire if the account is deactivated.

I just checked some other posts, Oracle confirmed that the first set of bonus should arrive within 4 to 5 business days

So, open ticket with them if you don't see them still after 5 business days

@askingaquestion no worry, 3X points is for 12 months, it should kick in on day 1 till Dec 26, 2023 in your case.

@askingaquestion The 3x bonus is for 12 months, you will see the rewards , appear by your next bill date .. you will also have to sign into your reward program . Like you had to sign into here and even your public mobile account

@askingaquestion the extra points shoud kick in immediately and I don't think there is a wait time.
Just in case, wait for 72 hours first, if you still don't see any "extra" points, open ticket with PM support using Chatbot and have them to confirm you got marked 3x points on your account

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Thanks @Handy1 - would you mind clarifying what you mean by this? "Also not the 3x bonus is only for 12 months"? Is this only a one time thing, and not for 12 months?

@askingaquestion @You will see it in your points rewards next bill cycle .. once you have 15 points you can redeem them towards your bill . Also not the 3x bonus is only for 12 months
