I unsubscribed my another phone and changed the number last year.
As I remember, I unsubscribed public mobile.
I am embarassed public mobile has charged the phone.
The phone is not working now. How to unsubscribe the phone no. or plan?

Is the number still working? call 1855-4PUBLIC from another phone, enter that phone number and check if the system says the number is still active
or you might want to ask PM to check and sort it out. You remember what email you used to login that other account? can you still login?
