How can I contact a live person

Hi @Joan2021 you have to first open a ticket with PM support and they might offer to have love chat online

 

Of course,  if you like, share your problem you have and we can try to help

 

To open ticket with PM:

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. start by typing : Contact CS Agent
  2. then Click "Contact Us"
  3. then Click "Other"
  4. finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

A live person will get back to you via private messaging on the envelope icon above once you have created a ticket on SIMon Chatbot.

All live people responded to your question, with the same answer, to message with live Public Mobile Representatives through the ticketing services that are available for customer support.

Other support can be given by other customer/members here on the Community, as you have already witnessed.
