@Sheepdog1 - to send message to above? You mean contact CS_Agent.
1 - go to the envelope at the top, right of the community. In mobile hover over your avatar or top right menu to see the envelope.
2 - click on this box to start a new Private Message:
3 - enter "CS_Agent" in SEND TO field. Then proceed to send the Private Message to Public Mobile Agents.

Log into self service. If your extra payment is in Available Funds just leave it there and it will be used automatically on your next renewal date.
