because when you set-up at store the will setup with your email tried to Reset Password

Yes, it was activated at the store before July 13 but have not set up my Self Serve yet.

use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

Are you a customer already?  Normally, you will register a self service account when you activated your SIM card. You will choose an email address as your login id and then a password.  

 

If you activated at a vendor prior to July 13, you will need to set up a self service account at home.
