@Bribert if it's been less than 90 days sign into your account and click and pay now and resume services. If it's more than that time, it can't be reactivated.

how long the number has been suspended? Only account suspended for less than 90 days can be reactivated. If you are unsure, call 1.855.4PUBLIC, enter the phone number. If the system cannot find the number, then sorry, the account was closed already for suspended over 90 days
if the system can find the account, all you need to do is to make a payment to resume services. You can either do so via My Account on the website or via the app, or via *611 (1.855.4PUBLIC) if you know the 4 digits PIN
