Trying to change my subscription but when I try to...the $29 Black Friday promotion is not available for me... I can only see the 50GB CAN-USA-MEX ($35) Plan and higher plans.

That would cause the loss of any points and account balances on your account. Unless porting the phone number to another carrier and then porting it back to Public Mobile in a new account, you would also lose the phone number.

@mayday007, if you don't go to MX at least once a year, the $30/20GB CAN-US plan might work well for you. I am downgrading from the $34/50GB CAN-US plan because I don't need that much data.

@mayday007 You can’t because your plan price is already cost more then the only $30 plan option you have to down grade to price wise , so next best thing is the $35 MEX plan if you want roaming jn MEX … short of porting number out and back in on $29 desired plan

PM is now using targeted marketing and not everyone sees all plan. If you don't see the plan on your My Account to change, you cannot change to it
Some will try to ask support to help but most reported back that support was unable to help to change plan for them

Existing customers do not get the same plans that are offered to new customers, and plans that are offered are only offered to specific customers. Unfortunately, you can choose from the plans that are offered in your account.
