My account is active but lost previous sim so I brought new sim but cannot change the sim number in account profile settings

@abhayf14 - if you have the account listed in lost/stolen mode, go back and resume/reactivate services. Make a manual payment if needed to do this.
Then log out of My Account, log back in and try again.

@abhayf14 were you trying to change sim on a mobile phone or tablet?
Try again using a Desktop or laptop computer. There has been report that the mobile site with Change sim has problem. Using desktiop/laptop would load the full site and it will work

@abhayf14 Do this on computer only and SIM swap do not activate it
