Hi, would anyone have a procedure to get the email on my acct changed as I no longer have access to the email address.

The only person that can help you change your email address on your Self Serve account is a CS_Agent. They will need your PIN number, phone number address, old email address etc.

If you mean the email to your Community account, you can do that yourself in My Settings under your Avatar, top, right of your Community page.
The only way to have your email changed to your Self Serve/My Account or My Rewards (same email and password set up) is to ask the CSA to do it for you, as other tow posters already said.

HI @weg121 We cannot do it ourselves. You have to open ticket with PM Support and have them to change it for you
click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
